Phase I: Coaching Foundation
Phase I of the Zero Point Results Model™ consists of a (12) session experiential-based learning process, where identified leaders and/or teams are provided an opportunity to 'experience' our coaching methodology and benefits. This is done in two steps:
1. Education on brain science & how it relates to human performance
2. Being coached by a NeuroLeadership Coach
This phase is designed to help the senior leadership team personally understand the coaching process by receiving the benefits of the neuroscience-based coaching approach to developing human potential and driving positive change in performance.
This phase sets the foundation for Phase II, which is Creating the Coaching Culture. However, this phase alone can be very powerful in creating positive change and initiating the process of significantly changing organizational culture.
Outline of Phase I:
- (1) day of training on brain science and coaching approach
- Weekly or Bi-Monthly coaching sessions over a 3 - 9 month period for identified leaders and/or teams (*depends on the number of coachees)
- Online self-assessment and 360 with Report
- Evaluation of outcomes
- Preparation for Phase II: Creating a Coaching Culture (optional)
