Phase II: Coaching Culture
Phase II of the Zero Point Results Model™ targets the development of a coaching culture. This phase of the model teaches our coaching methodology to the organization (coach -the- coach) so that coaching can take place at all levels of the organization at the time it is needed. This is one of the best ways to develop human talent and create an intelligent multi-level learning environment.
"A coaching culture is where people are given high quality feedback and development at all levels in an organization, with only a minimal use of external coaches. Where people feel developed, not just driven. Where learning involves much more than just a training class."
- The NeuroLeadership Group
During this phase the leader as coach will receive the skills needed to coach their team members (coachees) and each other in a way that facilitates insight and creative solutions rather than the more typical method of developing people, which is through advice giving or other potentially frustrating efforts to drive people to change behaviors. It also provides the 'leader as coach' with a stronger sense of efficiency in developing the members of their organization, leading to more space for innovation and creative "thinking" time.
Outline of Phase II:
-
The Zero Point Coaching Culture Training Suite™
-
Weekly or Bi-Monthly coaching sessions over a 3 - 9 month period for identified leaders and/or internal coaches (*depends on the number of coachees)
-
Online assessments for employees (coachees) with report
-
Evaluation of outcomes
